Can you register more than one participant?

Each account (email) can be used to register only one participant. If you want to register another participant, you must create a new account.

Should I register as an Individual or Institute?

If you are a parent registering your child, you must register under ‘Individual Registration‘.

Which email address should I use?

We recommend that the parent use their own email address to register. Make sure you enter your child’s name in the student name field.

Can I register my child for a previous grade's olympiad?

Yes, please contact us on support@globaletiquetteolympiad.com if you have any questions.

Can the same username and password be used for next year's olympiad?

Yes

Do you provide paper certificates?

No. We believe in helping conserve natural resources and try to keep our paper consumption to a minimum and we encourage you to do the same. We provide e-certificates upon completion of the assessment. 

When will the results be declared?

Since the assessment is online, the results are declared immediately after the assessment is completed.

What next?

We are in the process of developing new content for our participants, we will communicate the availability of such resources through email.

Are the handbooks compulsory?

No, the handbooks are optional but we highly recommend them.

Can a participant reappear for an assessment?

No, only one attempt is provided.

Are the handbooks available ONLY in an electronic format?

Yes, you can download the handbooks here.

Can I change the student name?

No, the student name cannot be changed and is registered permanently on the system. If you misspelled the name then contact us to have it fixed.
